So thanks to Payet we now have the league as our only focus, as we head in to the January fixtures.
Game 1- MK Dons (A)
The first game of today's piece is an away trip to a dog pit (I mean MK Dons) and I have stuck to my word Andre Gray is dropped and Sam Vokes comes in as he looks to nab Gray's place in the team. Tiago Ilori comes in as well. GWARN LADS
What a win for the lads! We still keep that 7 point gap at the top ahead of Brighton and well will you look at that ,Andre Gray has a goal, so happy for the lad. Oh and Hennings gets a hat-trick. Happy days
Game 2- Brentford (A)
Another away game after the beating of MK Dons and it comes in the form of Brentford away, as we look to maintain our lead at the top of the Championship. I will be making two changes to the side, Tarkowski comes in for Keane (who is injured) and Andre Gray is back in but Will Keane will coming on in the second half.
Although I am a bit annoyed we didn't get the 3 points, we managed to extend our lead to 8 points after Brighton slipped up. The first two games were not easy but 4 points out of 2 away games i am happy with. It looks like Gray has found his shooting boots.
Game 2- Derby (H)
After the two away games, we return to the Turf in a big game against 4th place Derby County. Now last time we played these we beat them 4-0, so piss easy this time round right? Well there is that old saying , "don't count your chickens" unless you're the venkys. We are unchanged.

Does anyone know Andi Weimanns address? So I can send him a birthday card, not a letterbomb.... Poor result from us considering we had 22 shots on target. But we pick our heads up and move on. Lead cut down to 5 points.
Game 3- Sheff Wed (A)
I am not going to talk about the previous result between us and Sheffield Wednesday, because it will come back to bite me. Michael Keane, Arfield and Darikwa come in to the side as we look to bounce back.

It's times like this where I wish I had a bottle of Jack Daniels next to me. We had a lead of 7 points at the start of today's games and now we have a lead of 3, we have to make sure we don't do an Arsenal and completely bottle it.
Game 4- Hull (H)
We need to snap out of this funk we are in and to do so I am going to name an unchanged lineup. I believe in the team I have we have just got to concentrate a lot more. We also face Sean Dyche who has filled the Hull managerial seat.
1 goal, 1 goal now separates me and Brighton, WHAT ON EARTH IS HAPPENING!!!!
And guess what Hennings is out for the rest of the season.....great fucking great
Game 5 - Reading (A)
Please FM please don't screw me now. We seriously need a win here and with Hennings injured I am using Sam Vokes and Andre Gray up front. Carroll, Boyd, Lowton also come in.

Tom Carroll, I love you, Tom Carroll i do, whenever my heart beats, it beats only for you. We needed that, I literally jumped up and celebrated when Tom Carroll hit a worldie in the 84th minute and McDermott got sacked after this game. I now only have one fit striker though, Vokes, Gray is out for two months.
Game 6- Rotherham (H)
The last game for today and we face Rotherham at home. Our squad has been hit with injuries but we fight on. I will be playing a 4-5-1 formation with Barton, Carroll and Jones hopefully bossing that midfield area.
Happy with that especially with Brighton dropping points and with that it makes today look slightly more respectable.
After today we are 3 points clear considering at the start were 8 points clear, I am happy to stop the rot but we need to focus from here on in.
